Today, one of the people who was integral to the company’s success has retired and is already adjusting to retirement.
Catherine Boxillhead of the corporate quality control team, retired after more than 25 years with Research Director, Inc.
“She was the second employee we hired in 1996,” recalls the company’s founder and CEO. Mark Greenpan. “I interviewed her at my dining room table before moving into our first office in 1997. Since then, she has been instrumental in every step of our company’s success. We wish him the best in the next phase of his journey.

With Boxill’s retirement, Nakia Smith took on additional duties as Client Services Consultant and Senior Team Leader, while Matthew Wright took over as quality control team supervisor and graphic designer.
Meanwhile, Lucas Gordon and Andre Wilson are welcomed to Research Director, Inc., as media data analysts.
