This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hampshire Motorway Service. You will bring your enthusiastic and innovative approach to maximizing revenue generation, driving service improvement, while putting our customers at the heart of what we do.
Like our highways Entrepreneuryou will join the Highways Operation Centre, which is an integral part of Hampshire Highways service delivery, leading teams that deal with claims, licensing, land searches and status, as well as motorway legal advice, this role held and varied will require your vision and willingness to maximize our cost recovery processes, while providing a positive and timely customer experience.
Reporting to the Highway Operations Center Manager, you will be part of the Management teamwho drive data-driven service improvements in many roadside processes and whose primary goal is to deliver inclusive, customer-focused roadside services.
To meet the ongoing challenges of local government, we are looking to recruit a competent, enthusiastic and motivated leader. You will evolve in a dynamic and efficient environment. You will have a strong desire to maximize cost recovery and explore new ways to generate revenue. You will understand the importance of being collaborative, with a focus on successful change management as well as continuous improvement. Your well-developed interpersonal skills allow you to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
This opportunity is advertised as full-time; however, we are happy to consider applications from people wishing to work part-time and/or wishing to work flexibly.
