Global real estate services company buys Pittsburgh company

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, recently acquired Pittsburgh-based Grant Street Associates after an 18-year alliance.

Cushman & Wakefield’s general manager for the greater Philadelphia and Baltimore areas, Mike McCurdy, will oversee the Pittsburgh operations.

Revenues totaled $9.4 billion in 2021. Services include facilities and project management, leasing, real estate, capital markets and valuation.
