First Reliance Bank leases space in downtown office tower > Columbia Business Report

First trusted bank leased 5,711 square feet of commercial and Class A office space in the 1901 Main St. office tower in downtown Columbia.

The 17-story, 303,156-square-foot tower encompasses nearly an entire city block and offers premium amenities for tenants.

“1901 Main Street is a spectacular building with a long banking history,” Robert Dozier, chairman of First Reliance Bancshares and COO of First Reliance Bank, said in a press release. “First Reliance Bank is delighted to be able to serve our growing customer base in Colombia from this superior location.”

Windy Lucas of LCK provided project management services on behalf of the owner. Mashburn Construction acted as general contractor for the improvements, including the addition of offices, a ticket office area, break room, conference room and restrooms, as well as a new ceiling.

“It was an honor to help First Reliance Bank grow its presence in the Greater Colombia market,” said Wilkerson. “1901 Main Street will be an excellent location for its clientele for years to come.
