Ex-Nexsen Partner Pruet Named DEW Chief of Staff > Columbia Business Report

A former partner of Nexsen Pruet is the new chief of staff of the SC Department of Employment and Manpower.

William H. Floyd III, a Chartered Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, was a partner in Nexsen Pruet’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. The former president of the South Carolina Labor and Employment Section of the South Carolina Bar has more than 35 years of experience dealing with labor and employment matters.

Floyd currently serves on the board of the SC Technical College System and the Society for Human Resources Management, Columbia Chapter. He is also a colonel in the South Carolina State Guard.
