We need a New Business Development Manager to join us and lead bdht’s goal of growth and sustainability. We need someone to network and negotiate to ensure our development pipeline is filled for the next few years. You will work alongside our Development Delivery Manager to move the process from finding viable development opportunities to selling new and existing homes.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Development, you will help maintain a pipeline of development programs, exploring opportunities for growth within bdht’s operating area. You will evaluate new programs, both commercially and with respect to scheduling requirements, to ensure they are affordable and deliverable.
You will be responsible for managing a highly motivated and experienced team involved in the sale of condominium homes.
With experience in a similar role, we are looking for a confident, client-focused individual with experience and knowledge of the housing development process. You will have experience in the sale and marketing of goods, including legal processes, and you will have a good understanding of contract and property law. Familiarity with the funding requirements and design standards of England’s housing and social housing regulator is also desirable.
Use of a current driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle is a requirement for the position and an essential car user allowance will be paid where applicable.
