The Commercial Strategy Center (CSS) revealed his Talented Superheroes 2021 winners — managers who are recognized for recruiting, selecting, developing and engaging the best in their teams and in their markets every day.
The annual honor recognizes leaders in sales leadership roles who oversee all things talent in their teams and territories and who were most likely nominated by a member of their team. Winners are selected by a committee that reviews each nominee’s skills and success based on building and maintaining a strong talent bank, recruiting top talent into the organization, mentoring people to maximize their strengths, the commitment of their team and the retention of the best over time.
“We received a tremendous number of nominations in the fourth quarter of 2021 (the highest number since the launch of this annual recognition in 2017), which is a true testament to the leadership, work ethic and skills of these managers. and cultures they create for their business. teams,” said Beth Sunshine, partner and vice president of talent management services at the Center for Sales Strategy. “The competition was the toughest it has ever been, and it is truly an honor to recognize these leaders for the incredible work they do day in and day out for their teams and organizations.”
