As a partner of EndeavorLAB, our goal is to strengthen and propel our robust technology ecosystem and build on our rich history of innovation with new and innovative ideas.
EndeavorLAB is a two-month accelerated growth program designed to help local start-ups establish their business foundations. Endeavor Miami, an affiliate of the global organization Endeavor supporting entrepreneurship, is partnering with the City of Boca Raton’s Office of Economic Development for its second EndeavorLAB cohort of the year, focused on local entrepreneurs in the city. Applications are now open to entrepreneurs and businesses within the city limits of Boca Raton who wish to participate in the Rapid Accelerator. Selection criteria include being based in Florida, with priority given to companies based within the city limits of Boca Raton, having a product relevant to the market and generating between $50,000 and $500,000 in annual revenue .

The real deal reports, two buildings at 6501 and 6531 Park of Commerce Boulevard in the Park at Broken Sound have sold for $8.9 million. The buildings, which total 52,000 square feet, are adjacent to each other and sit on 4.4 acres.
Nation Safe Drivers has sold its new headquarters for $25 million, marking a $7 million increase since its purchase in June 2021, reported by South Florida Business Journal.
Royal Castle Companies has bought two office buildings in Boca’s Park in Broken Sound for $8.9 million, as reported The real deal.Trade Observer reported, Grover Corlew purchased Palmetto Park City Center, located at 12o E. Palmetto Park Road, for $25.2 million.

The PBC rate is lower than both the national rate of 4.4% and Florida’s rate of 3.5%.
